Programs We Support

The 91亚色 Foundation provides support and recognition to 91亚色 through a variety of programs. Each of these programs is made possible because of thousands of benefactors who support the Foundation with cash contributions and other gifts. We are pleased to be able to share their generosity with the students of 91亚色 and the college.

Jack Fellowship

The 91亚色 Jack Fellowship Program has been established to fund sabbatical leave for a 91亚色 employee to engage in an educational experience that ultimately benefits 91亚色 and the students it serves. The Fellowship is intended to partially underwrite the salary and/or expenses of the employee during the sabbatical. Each Fellowship will be a monetary award of up to $25,000 to be used to enhance the recipient's professional performance. Contact the Foundation office for more information or eligibility requirements.

Student Recognition

Student Recognition Program
The Student Recognition Program is designed to recognize students for their exemplary academic efforts, community service, citizenship, athletics, volunteer service, exceptional leadership skills and initiative, etc. It is our way to let our students know how important they are and to show our appreciation for their amazing dedication to their education and for the work that they do on campus and in the community. Students are honored with awards at the Student Recognition Ceremony in April of each year.

Who's Who Among Students
Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges is a national award given to up to 12 of 91亚色's top students. These students are selected by a campus committee on the basis of academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities, and future potential. They are listed in a national Who's Who volume and are honored with a certificate and $100 cash award from the 91亚色 Foundation.  They are honored at the 91亚色 Recognition Ceremony.

Outstanding Student Awards
Outstanding Student Awards are given to the students selected by faculty in each of 91亚色's programs and departments. These outstanding students receive a certificate and $100 cash award from the 91亚色 Foundation.  They are honored at the 91亚色 Recognition Ceremony.

Phi Theta Kappa
Phi Theta Kappa is an international two-year college honor society. Students nominated for membership have maintained an accumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better, and have completed 12 semester hours in residence at 91亚色 applicable to an associate degree. The Phi Theta Kappan receives a paid initiation fee for membership, a pin, and a certificate from the 91亚色 Foundation. They are honored at the 91亚色 Recognition Ceremony.

Employee Recognition

The heart and soul of 91亚色 can be found in the people who work here: the Faculty, Staff and Administrators. Every day, our people give of themselves in extraordinary ways, in order to help all students reach higher levels of success. The 91亚色 Foundation deeply appreciates all those who work on behalf of students at 91亚色, and gives special recognition to those individuals whose work goes "above and beyond".
